Refund policy

Returns available on unopened boxed items and are to be returned in the condition received. Assembled items are not eligible for returns. 

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or  only according to our refund policy.

Returns must be in original packaging in new condition to be eligible for return. This must take place within 30 days of receiving your order. Buyer must cover return fees back to our main location in Las Vegas, NV. Initial shipping and other logistic fees will need to be recovered by us along with a 20% restocking fee. Upon receiving a return, all pieces will be individually inspected before a partial refund can be issued. Assembled items are not eligible for returns. Note that we offer assembly services, however, to ensure return eligibility, you must opt out of assembly services. Item(s) are not eligible for return once unboxed and assembled.
